'Women of the Future' Speaker & Christmas Networking Event!

Be inspired by presentations from the Myanmar-shortlisted candidates for the Asian Women of the Future Awards (https://awards.womenofthefuture.co.uk/seasia-our-alumni/2023/​) – followed by our PWN Christmas networking!

Our topics for this event are as varied as our speaker backgrounds – Khine Zar will be demystifying new tech (including AI) for us, and showing how your business should embrace new technologies; Zarchi Sawnai will break down how to develop and implement strategy for marketing campaigns (and why ignoring strategy reduces the effectiveness of any campaign!).

We then jump to the important topic of managing micro-aggressions in your workplace. We all experience microaggression - insensitive statements, comments or actions that feel hostile or offensive to some aspect of our identity – the impact can really create a toxic workplace. May Mon Aung will be discussing how to proactively handle such situations to protect your mental health.

Our final discussions are with Sophie Win Htet – a semi-professional tennis player who will be sharing how she leverages her athlete's focus to her business and how it's helped her become a successful entrepreneur – and Phyo Phyo Aung, a social media influencer, who will be telling us how she reached more than 3 million followers on social media!

Our presentations will be followed by networking!
