Subsequently, she transitioned into the insurance sector, holding various positions such as insurance broker, health insurance specialist, and Third-Party Administrator (TPA). This experience provided a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the insurance landscape. Khine's exceptional performance led to a pivotal role as the Lower Myanmar Head of Sales of Bancassurance at a renowned KBZMS General Insurance, followed by a well-earned promotion to Head of Corporate Bancassurance.

Over her 10-year career, Khine’s leadership and sales expertise delivered impressive results, cementing strong client relationships through collaborative teamwork and unwavering work ethics. Sa Sa is a founder and Managing Partner of KST Legal. Before he started the KST Legal, he worked in Baker McKenzie, KPMG and other prominent local law firms. He has around 12 years of experiences as a lawyer. He is also a visiting lecturer in Matrix Institute of Professional. He obtained his PhD in relating to the Corporate Tax Laws. Dr Si Thu Phyo is a Director, Head of Financial Advisory (Trust Venture Partners Co., Ltd) and a professional Lecturer at MIB. Mr. Phyo has extensive experience in Corporate financial advisory and project management of IPOs, due diligence, corporate governance, business planning, capital structuring, financial planning, modeling and valuation. As a Senior Manager in Myanmar Corporate Strategic Advisory (MCSA Co., Ltd), a subsidiary of Daiwa Securities Group, he led a local advisory team advising FMI Co., Ltd to be the 1st listed company on YSX. He worked as a Listing Project Manager at MTSH and was a key person on-the-ground managing the project to successfully become the 2nd listed company on YSX after FMI. Prior to that, he worked at Tractus Asia and completed primary research on cost of doing business in Myanmar, led the research group on Due Diligence Report of a local energy company and contributed to management consulting and market entry advisory. Mr. Phyo earned his MBA from Yangon University of Economics and Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Yangon University of Medicine (2). He is a CFA Charter holder. He is passionate about knowledge sharing and teaches at Myanmar Institute of Business and YSX Academy part-time.

Relevant Experience

- Thandar joined uab bank in 2014 as Senior Manager in Trade Finance Department and subsequently promoted to Head of Trade Finance in 2018.
- She was one of the main contributors to the rapid growth of the Trade Finance business at uab bank and in 2019 was appointed to head a bigger portfolio as Head of Corporate Banking.
- In 2023, she is appointed as Deputy CEO for uab securities company which is subsidiary company of uab bank. Currently, she is heading Corporate & Investment banking department.
- Thandar has over 22 years of track record in reputable local and international companies in Myanmar, specifically in commercial trading, Shipping Logistics and international trade finance.

Teaching Experience

In 2016 after passing CDCS as the 1st person in Myanmar, Myanmar Banks Association invited her to teach CDCS, CITF (Certificate for International Trade Finance) & CDSG (Certificate for Demand Guarantee). Since that time, she is sharing Trade Finance knowledge and currently teaching in Matrix Institute of Professional.
