Jame is an economic and management consultant with 30 years experience focused on strategic economic planning, infrastructure investment and service delivery. He has worked in over 30 countries for a diverse range of clients including the World Bank, International Finance Corporation, Asian Development Bank, private sector infrastructure sponsors / developers / operators and investment banks. He recently completed his role of Team Leader on the £15mn Cities and Infrastructure for Growth programme in Myanmar (CIGM). CIGM is supporting the Government of Myanmar implement the Myanmar Sustainable Development Plan, including assisting with the implementation of the Project Bank / PPP Centre as well as technical advisory support to Yangon Regional Government, Yangon City Development Committee, the Ministry of Construction and Ministry of Electricity and Energy.

Bruce Pollock is an urban development and infrastructure specialist with over 30 years experience in Asia and the Mediterranean assisting governments improve infrastructure provision and deliver sustainable services. An environmental engineer by profession, Bruce’s skills include planning, governance, capacity building and public financial management allowing him to contribute to all aspects of urban development. Clients include the Asian Development Bank, European Union, UK’s Department for International Development, UNDP, USAID, and the World Bank. Ankush Sharma is an infrastructure Investment and transaction advisory professional with a 10 years’ experience focused on resilient Infrastructure & service delivery, infrastructure finance and Private Sector Participation. He is a civil engineering graduate from IIT Roorkee (India), a Chartered Financial Analyst® by CFA Institute, USA, a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) by Global Association of Risk Professionals, and a member of Indian Association of Investment Professionals. He has worked on a variety of projects ranging from investment/policy advisory to project development to complex financial & economic analysis to transaction advisory for development organisations (World Bank, DFID, GIZ), international blue-chip utility companies, private equity funds and government organisations across roads, water, waste, waste water, ports, energy, oil & gas, and industrial zones sectors. He is engaged as an Infrastructure Procurement and transaction expert and an urban economist for Cities and Infrastructure for Growth programme in Myanmar (CIGM).
