Sai Woon Seng
CEO and Co-founder of SkillEdge AcademySai Woone Seng is CEO and Co-founder at SkillEdge Academy. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) at Yoma Strategic Holdings and has over 25 years of professional experiences in Myanmar and United States in a wide range of industries. While leading the Learning and Development function at Yoma Bank, the team won the Best L&D award in 2017 & 2018 at the Myanmar Employer Awards for their impactful and scalable training programs which were developed using Design Thinking methodology. A native of Taunggyi-Shan State, he graduated from Yangon University with BA English. He also holds an MBA from Emporia State University (USA) and a fellow at East-West Center’s Asia Pacific Leadership Program (APLP) in Hawaii and completed an Executive Education program at Harvard University. At SkillEdge, he specializes in building strategic capabilities of organizations, particularly in the areas of leadership & management development, sales force transformation, and scaling up innovation. His mission is to build a world-class workforce and high performing teams & organizations in Myanmar.
