Wellbeing And Stress Management


The last 12 months have been very tough for everyone, first with the Covid 19 pandemic and all the economic and physical difficulties associated, and now the current political situation in Myanmar causing a great deal of anxiety and upset.


The purpose of this session is to explore how stressful situations can impact our brains ability to focus and impact our mental and physical health.


By the end of this session, the aim is for you to have some ideas how to -

  • Support yourself and your team during challenging times.
  • Understand some brain-friendly approaches to develop your personal resilience.
  • Take-away a few practical tools you can implement to help you be calmer and more focused.


This is not a counselling session, but an opportunity to get together and discuss ways that we can all cope better in challenging times.

This session will be run in Myanmar Language however there will be an alternative session run in English Language. Please sign up for the most appropriate session for you.

Access and Cancellation


In order that all companies get the opportunity to attend we will be restricting registration to two people per company. You will be sent the link to attend 24 hours in advance, then again one hour before. You must pay for your ticket in advance, or you will not be sent the access link.


If you are no longer able to attend please cancel your place 24 hours in advance via email to grace@britishchambermyanmar.com. All no shows will still be charged the entry fee. Places which have not been cancelled will not be refunded.
