Understanding Visa Regulations

In partnership with CCI France, the British Chamber are pleased to be hosting a webinar on Understanding Visa Regulations.

Recent regulatory changes have relaxed the rules for foreign workers applying to renew business visas in country. There has been a reduction in the required length of time remaining on a current visa from 21 days before expiry, to five days before, which should helping circumnavigate growing travel restrictions and flight cancellations. However the process still remains challenging and a mystery to most.

Eddy Herbert of FocusCore will discuss the visa regulations and processes for the following:

1. Single Entry Business Visa renewal and extension
2. Multiple Entry Business Visa Entry and extension
3. First time stay permit application
4. Stay permit renewal process
5. What is a Form C & FRC

Eddy and his team will also give an overview of the documentation required for all the above.
