Strategic Partnerships

Sustainability Workshops with Deloitte

Strategic partnerships, whether project based, cause lead, or geographically convenient, have many advantages.

They can range dramatically in appearance to include informal understandings, co-operative working relationships, mutually adopted plans or legally binding contracts. All with the same objective of achieving a common goal through the sharing of responsibility, resources, risks and benefits.

The purpose of this workshop is to speak to the private sector and nurture an understanding of potential of cross-sector partnerships. Over time, we hope to assist members and clients in initiating and creating impactful partnerships that not only address social challenges, but also create commercial advantages for businesses.

You can expect to -

  • Understand the value of partnering with NPOs/UN entities;
  • Understand the process of designing and implementing a partnership;
  • Recognise major social sector player in the country;
  • Feel inspired by case studies of partnerships.
