PWN, sponsored by Willis Towers Watson, celebrates International Women's Day with a lively debate followed by networking (free flow wine, beer and canapes).

The 2020 IWD theme is An Equal World is an Enabled World and PWN will be exploring aspects of gender equality by hosting a debate on the Pros and Cons of Quotas – both in the workplace and political life.

In many countries women do not have equal access to work, education, or political decision-making; but can quotas fix this imbalance? Or are quotas unjust? Do they create a feeling of unfairness in the workplace, and attach stigma to those who may feel they are promoted only to fill a quota?

Join our distinguished group of speakers for this fascinating session – and be ready to join the debate!

After the sessions there will be an informal networking evening with free-flow wine, beer and canapes. Participants are encouraged to use this opportunity to engage with the speakers and other attendees.
