A successful career, a beautiful family, a life that others admire – you may have all of these but have you ever felt that something crucial was missing? Many of us set our life goals based on our upbringing and social norms yet fail to look inward to find our true purpose. What is living with purpose and how do you find yours? Can your purpose change at different points in your life? We will explore this subtle yet crucial topic through open discussion and sharing experiences.
Or have you ever felt stuck when someone asks you to share good things about your life? Many of us set our expectations high for ourselves and the people around us. We often fail to be grateful and appreciate what we already have. What is it like to live joyfully and be fully present in the moment? How can we get ourselves out of the negative state or not let ourselves fall into the state for too long?
We will explore these subtle yet crucial topics through open discussion and sharing experiences.
