Interpersonal Communication Skills


Would you like to build more effective relationships with your colleagues, clients and managers? This course will help you develop the skills you need to communicate effectively with others in the workplace. You will learn more about communication styles and discover easy-to- use tools and techniques to help build relationships and achieve your professional goals.

  • Understand your communication style and be able to adapt it when necessary
  • Build rapport with colleagues, clients and superiors to help you get things done
  • Have the skills to improve a key relationship at your workplace

This course will be delivered online over eight sessions, you will need to complete all modules to complete the course.
