Myanmar's Peace Process: The Way Forward

Professor Dr. Aung Tun Thet is a member of the Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC), a Member of the Peace Commission, an Advisor to the Chirman of UMFCCI and a member of the UN Global Compact (UNGC) Network Myanmar.

Professor Thet has been working on peace building in Myanmar for over twenty years, putting him in an excellent position to review the situation and give an update to interested parties. He will consider the historical context and how this has lead us to today's situation, also what has been done well in the pursuit of peace and what needs to be improved on.
