Phyu has a breadth of experience across sectors in Myanmar on tax compliance, consulting, tax due diligence reviews, tax structuring and M&A transaction services from global trading, manufacturing, energy, real estate to local and international banks and financial institutions.
She has a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients in industries including consumer products/chemical manufacturing, property development and construction, hotel business, retail, telecommunications, engineering and industries.
Phyu has provided services including provision of transaction support at the point of acquisition and disposal of investments, design and implementation of tax efficient structures for investments and tax compliance for investment vehicles.
Phyu is a commerce graduate from Yangon Institute of Economics specialising in Management Science and is a Myanmar Certified Public Accountant. Phyu is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) of UK.
