Successful business people use their social and communication skills to meet people and establish strong relationships in business by creating a positive impression, building rapport and creating engaging conversations. They also have the confidence to interact comfortably in a wide variety of social situations with international visitors, colleagues or customers.


Who is this webinar for?

This webinar is designed for non-native English speaking professionals who find it challenging to socialize naturally in business and want to learn the cross-cultural communication and social skills to have natural social conversations with international visitors, colleagues or customers in English.

In this webinar attendees learn how to:

  • use the correct mindset to be confident in any business social situation
  • use communication strategies that create a positive impression in a social situation
  • build an immediate rapport using active listening skills and focusing on others
  • use small talk to begin a conversation and how to avoid inappropriate topics
  • use communication strategies designed to show an interest in others and keep them engaged.
