Managing cash – keeping your business healthy

Training with the UK Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT)


This training course will help you improve your effectiveness at managing the inflow and outflow of cash through your business using scenarios and worked examples. This course is suitable for business owners and managers who must ensure their organisation makes the most of its cash and aims to give you the tools to help you learn how to protect the financial security of the business.


What does the programme cover?

  • How cash is used in a business.
  • The cash budget.
  • Granting credit to customers.
  • Managing liquidity.


What skills will you gain?

  • Cash budgeting.
  • Calculate and analyse variances.
  • How to assess creditworthiness of customers and mitigate risks of non-paying customers.
  • Improve/develop credit control procedures.
  • Managing different methods of liquidity.

  • Enable more efficient and effective management of cash.
  • Increased awareness of options available to maintain sufficient liquidity.
  • Enable your managers to produce more insightful reports based on financials.
  • Empower your mangers to make better business decisions based on finances.

The course will be run in Myanmar Language. The total course duration is 7 hours and will be delivered over three weeks, on the below dates. At the end of the course you will be awarded with a certificate of achievement from AAT which you are able to present to future employees showing your continuing professional development.

Cost to Non-members: $123.75


Access and Cancellation:


You will be sent the link to attend 24 hours in advance, then again one hour before. You must pay for your ticket in advance, or you will not be sent the access link.


If you are no longer able to attend please cancel your place a minimum of one week in advance via email to grace@britishchambermyanmar.com. All no shows will still be charged the entry fee. Places which have not been cancelled will not be refunded.
