Gendered Leadership

International Facilitator, Daw Khin Sandi Lwin, will lead an interactive session on why gender plays a critical role in strengthening leadership capabilities. In group discussions, the participants will actively engage with the experienced facilitator and with each other, for mutual learning and sharing.

Topics covered will include gender socialization, desired leadership traits, emotional intelligence and mindfulness practice. The 5-hour session also gives an insight into the 4-day leadership retreats that Daw Sandi provides.

It will be a mixed session so both Men and Women are encouraged to attend.

The session will be delivered in a mixture of spoken Myanmar language and written English.

If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your place at least 24 hours in advance. The Chamber reserves the right to invoice all no-shows for the entry fee which will need to be settled prior to attending another British Chamber event.
