Human Resources Working Group Meeting
The Human Resources Working Group brings together local and international firms in Myanmar to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on the human resources sector and topical issues of human resources in the firm and in the industry. Membership is open to interested organisations that are members of the Chamber.
In this meeting, Matt De Luca and Simon Bruce will lead the discussion on the three points below:
- How is your organization measuring and following guidelines and procedures for COVID-19 both internally and externally
- Career direction change - many sectors are shrinking (aviation & hospitality in particular), what do industries and businesses that are seeing growth need to do to enable them to integrate employees from other sectors and how can they take advantage of this for their own growth as well as benefiting the labour market?
- Advice and support to help people get back to work as quickly as possible.
