As people ages, that would be the natural phenomenon to experience in getting thinner, drier skin and an increase in wrinkles with other signs of aging for humans but with background of multifactorial activities in our life might have fasten the process more than usual that we expected. This could be happened without noticing or not.

There is no significant or specific ways on how can stop the aging process but we can practice how to slow aging processes or aging prematurely and increase longevity.
