This webinar, hosted by FMR's Myanmar Financial Services Monitor team in collaboration with the British Chamber of Commerce of Myanmar, will examine Myanmar's growing home loan products and services offered by the country's leading financial institutions. FMR will present on the current state of the home loan market and developments over the last two years, to be followed by a panel discussion with some of the leading firms operating in Myanmar's financial services sector.

Topics discussed at the webinar will include:

• Description of the period two years ago when home loan product offerings dried up amid the liquidity crunch
• Developments in the last two years with home loan products being offered again and becoming progressively competitive, also commenting on the availability of affordable real estate options available
• Description of the present day, with 25-year loan terms available with competitive interest rates, and a number of promotional events being held in the past few months
• FMR will share data on loan terms and interest rates currently offered by lenders
