Corporate Finance for Executives


This training workshop includes industry recognised financial concepts, standards, techniques, and practical application of the techniques.


It is dedicated to develop the essential skills and knowledge to work for finance and accounting related job roles.


The corporate finance techniques can help the growth and success of a business. It is also vital for business development. Strategic business and financial planning can be set.


It is a foundation step to earn higher finance professional qualifications awarded by CISI, ICAEW or CFA.


The workshop will provide you with a solid understanding of basic principles and practical applications of corporate finance concepts and techniques to perform corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, IPO, LBO and documentation related to private and public corporate transactions.

Following successful completion of the course you will have the option to take a UK CISI Exam for an additional fee.


The course will be run in English Language unless all attendees are Myanmar speaking, in which case it can be delivered in a combination of English and Myanmar. The total course duration is 18 hours and will be delivered over nine weeks, on the below dates. At the end of the course you will be awarded with a certificate of achievement from IBIM which you are able to present to future employees showing your continuing professional development.
