This workshop series is suitable for all Family Businesses large or small. It is designed especially for Family Business Management and Board of Directors who are keen to understand and explore the nuances of Corporate Governance from a local, regional, and global perspective.


The 4 topics presented under this series each have a unique value proposition and are designed in such a way that there is a compounding effect to attendees. Collectively, topics under this series are aimed at increasing Family Business Leaders' overall understanding and awareness over building blocks of good Corporate Governance, critical success factors, matters to look out for, practices to consider, and, the overall value proposition of good Corporate Governance.

  2. Frameworks, standards, and principles that comprise acts of good Corporate Governance.
  3. Current trends in corporate governance at the local, regional, and global levels of business.
