Echoes of the Heart: An MMF Choir Concert

Led by artistic director and pianist Kimball Gallagher, the Myanmar Music Festival proudly presents its 8th season with the inaugural concert of the year. This concert will showcase a diverse array of folk and popular songs from different countries, choral arrangements of beloved Burmese classics, and exciting instrumental solos and duets. Featuring seasoned artists such as Marie-Laure Abel (flute), Pyae Phyo (violin), William Hein (piano) as well as talented vocalists Grace Monica, Aung San Phyo, and Nyein Than Thar, it's an afternoon not to be missed.

Sponsored by KBZ Bank, venue sponsored by Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake Yangon and powered by the British Chamber of Commerce Myanmar, this concert is a collective celebration of March, Women's History Month. All proceeds from the ticket sales will be directed towards women-focused initiatives recommended by the BCGE (Business Coalition for Gender Equality) and the MMF Youth Development Fund.

Following the concert, there will be a networking reception tailored for leaders across various sectors of the business and artistic community. Join us for a heartwarming afternoon of music, empowerment, and collaboration.

Cancellation Policy

If you are no longer able to attend please cancel your place 3 days in advance via email to joey@britishchambermyanmar.com. All no shows will still be charged the entry fee. Places which have not been cancelled will not be refunded.
