Communicating the importance of health, safety, security, and the environment to your staff on the ground is vital to instilling those values and successfully mitigating risk. Using concrete examples across several industries, Exera will introduce the practical reality of creating a risk culture that works for your company and your employees.

Siward Newton

People don't enjoy talking about risk because it's often discussed only in terms of what can go wrong. Understanding risk, however, is about understanding uncertainty arising from both threats and opportunities. Siward Newton will introduce a more balanced view of risk and some ideas to promote constructive and positive risk awareness.

Followed by a panel session with experts from a number of areas including Legal, Insurance, Corporate Governance and Risk Analysis.
