This course develops basic competency and skills in supply chain management to understand the need for supply chain management and the difference to logistics, learn about international supply chain structures and their challenges, get to know the value of data and how to monitor and manage data, experience ways to raise sustainable within supply chain and get to know professional opportunities.

4. Information Management
5. Value of data and information, electronic linking, ordering processes, the bullwhip effect, information sharing, basics of decision making, coordinating supply chain: sales & operations planning
6. Supply chain integration & Distribution
7. Push, pull, push-pull systems, demand driven strategies, lead-times, internet in SCs
8. Green supply chains (Closed-Loop Supply Chains)
9. End-of-life concepts: Reuse, Recycling,
10. Remanufacturing. Advantages and Issues
11. Final Exam

The total course duration is 15 hours and will be delivered over five weeks, on the below dates. At the end of the course you will be awarded with a certificate of achievement from the London Business University which you are present to future employees showing your continuing professional development.
