Business Sustainability Management: Creating Lasting Impact


The global Covid-19 pandemic has been disrupting the world's economy affecting millions of businesses across the world. In times of crisis, it becomes more important to evaluate the fundamental purpose of business and to examine whether we are meeting sustainable standards to reap benefits for both the current and future generations. It is crucial for business leaders, executives and managers to develop in-depth understanding of managerial and organizational principles by considering the role of ethics in business operations, including corporate social responsibility and sustainability. We will learn about these interconnected issues through consideration of international management practices, national and organization cultures, and leadership characteristics.


We will familiarize with ethical and sustainable business decision-making by building a foundation of "forward-thinking" business worldview. We will have better analytical skill to understand complex global affairs and how to utilize this knowledge in making practical decisions for our organizations. Sustainability can only be achieved through collaboration of all stakeholders and therefore employee of all levels should have the knowledge and the toolkits to follow sustainable practices in order to create holistic culture to build a long-lasting business. In short, we will learn to think sustainably, act responsibly and build a long-lasting business.

The course will be run in Myanmar Language. The total course duration is 18 hours and will be delivered over six weeks, on the below dates. At the end of the course you will be awarded with a certificate from MHR and BCCM.

You will be sent the link to attend 24 hours in advance, then again one hour before. You must pay for your ticket in advance, or you will not be sent the access link.


If you are no longer able to attend please cancel your place a minimum of one week in advance via email to grace@britishchambermyanmar.com. All no shows will still be charged the entry fee. Places which have not been cancelled will not be refunded.
