Training with the UK Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT)

This training programme will help you prepare budgets, learn how to make informed budgeting decisions and effectively communicate financial information to key stakeholders. This programme is ideal for managers who have, or will have,

budgetary responsibilities.

What does the programme cover?

• Why budget?
• Operational budgets.
• Cash flow budgets.
• Using budgets to manage and control the business.

What skills will you gain?

• Ability to prepare budgets and make informed budgeting decisions.
• Ability to effectively communicate financial information to business partners and the bank.

Learning outcomes:

• Allow employees to have more informed conversations with finance colleagues to remove the risk of miscommunication/misunderstanding.
• Allow employees to provide more insightful reports based on financials.
• Build your employees confidence and effectiveness when using budgets to increase their efficiency.

The course will be run in Myanmar Language. The total course duration is 7 hours and will be delivered over three weeks, on the below dates. At the end of the course you will be awarded with a certificate of achievement from AAT which you are able to present to future employees showing your continuing professional development.

Cost to Members: $82.50

Cost to Non-members: $123.75

Access and Cancellation:

You will be sent the link to attend 24 hours in advance, then again one hour before. You must pay for your ticket in advance, or you will not be sent the access link.

If you are no longer able to attend please cancel your place a minimum of one week in advance via email to grace@britishchambermyanmar.com. All no shows will still be charged the entry fee. Places which have not been cancelled will not be refunded.
