This workshop focuses on the soft skills side of management – working with people, getting the most from the people on your team and leading them in the most effective way.

In order to better manage others, you first need to know and manage yourself. In this workshop you can expect to:

• develop a greater sensitivity and awareness of your own managerial style and that of your team.
• increase your understanding of interpersonal skills and practise a range of techniques to enhance yours.
• practise skills and techniques used in the three remaining managerial areas: leadership, team building and decision making.
