Behavioural Interviewing

As HR professionals, conducting behavioural interviews is a crucial aspect of the hiring process to assess candidates's past behaviour and potentital for success within the organisation. The aim of this Behavioural Interview session is to guide recruiters in a better way of defining their candidates' competencies to match the job offer and to introduce an interview technique to help them find the right person for the right job.

• Use Behavioural Interview questions that will help to define competencies of the candidate
• Apply STAR interview technique and collect sufficient data for the right candidate
