Are you ready to take your skills to the next level?

Advanced business writing will teach you how to personalise your writing in complex and delicate situations. You will be able to personalise and adapt your messaging depending on your audience, develop positive working relationships which produce collaborative and successful work and encourage others to work for and with you. Through analysing a range of document types, you will discover how to handle difficult messages.

Your trainer will guide you through a variety of fun and informative learning activities to help you apply the key concepts and techniques of the course to case studies relevant to your workplace.

Who should attend?

Anyone who has taken our Business Writing Essentials workshop, or professions with proficiency in writing in English.

Objectives After this workshop you should be able to:

  • Adapt your writing style to connect better with internal and external stakeholders
  • Influence others to engage with you and take action
  • Write diplomatically in a range of challenging situations

This course will be delivered Zoom webinar over eight sessions, you will need to complete all modules to complete the course.
