This focused roundtable discussion will offer advice on upskilling in the workplace, and the importance of networking and personal development throughout your career journey. Short and insightful presentations will be given by Ma Cherry Trivedi (Founder/Managing Director of Ayuroma International Pte. Ltd) and Kim Chawsu (Trainer at International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Myanmar Institute of Directors (MIoD)) focusing on the theory of career development with action tips on the following key areas:

• Planning your career and how to build your story
• Identifying the right mentor
• Researching your industry
• Networking to get ahead
• Personal development skills (i.e. public speaking, confidence, communication, interview skills)

The event is aimed at mid to senior level female executives who are looking to progress in their current role, or interested in changing career or moving upwards in a new organisation.

Following the presentations, there will be a dedicated advisory / Q&A segment for guests to ask questions and engage in stimulating discussion in a relaxed and friendly setting with our speakers.
