This workshop focuses on the soft skills side of management – working with people, getting the most from the people on your team and leading them in the most effective way.

In order to better manage others, you first need to know and manage yourself. In this workshop you can expect to:

• develop greater sensitivity and awareness of your own managerial style and of your team
• increase your understanding of and practise a range of interpersonal skills to enhance your people
• practise skills and techniques used in the four key managerial areas: leadership, interpersonal skills, team building and decision making.
