British Chamber of Commerce Annual Golf Tournament 2019

We are delighted to announce the return of our annual golf tournament which will take place on Friday, 29th November 2019, in association with Dulwich College Yangon.

The competition will return to Pun Hlaing golf club, which has recently been included in the Pacific Links International network of courses, and the only club in Myanmar to gain this accolade.

This popular tournament will offer the opportunity for teams of four to compete in an 18-hole Texas Scramble calculated by the peoria system, so individual handicaps will not be required. This system will calculate each teams handicap based on fixed random holes not known to participants. If you are an individual player, a non member, or a member of PHGC you are most welcome to join. We will be combining the individual players into teams so please do come along.

The day will begin from 11.00 am, ready for a 12.00 noon shotgun start. There will be multiple prizes on offer for a number of competitions on the course, including longest drive, straightest drive and nearest the pin; as well as an overall first, second and third prize.

We are also excited to announce a hole competition will be played on hole 12, with the chance to win a Mercedes-Benz, A Class AMG (RRP of $75,000).

After the tournament has finished you will be treated to cocktails, canapes, fun and games on the lawn, before a buffet dinner with free flow beer and wine. If friends and guests would like to join for the dinner and prize giving, dinner only tickets are also available.

Dinner Only - $50

Ticket price will include a round of golf 18 holes, a caddie for every player, refreshments on the course, drinks reception, buffet dinner and prize giving. Following the dinner and prize giving, a cash bar will be available.

Cancellation Policy

If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your place at least one week in advance. All no-shows will be charged the full ticket fee.
