Building the Next Generation of Family Businesses, Mandalay Series
As founders of organisations expand their operations and transition into roles different from at the point of their organisations' inception, it is vital for there to be clear distinction between roles and responsibilities of various personnel groups existing within an organisation.
Using real case studies as examples and international frameworks as points of reference, this workshop will discuss realities observed in the local market, its advantages and disadvantages with respect to division of Governance roles and responsibilities between Boards and Management teams of Family Businesses.
